Admissions Director
Position Overview
The Admissions Representative is responsible for promoting The Salon Professional Academy’s brand, systems, and education to prospective students. This role plays a key part in guiding individuals through the decision-making process, ensuring they feel confident and excited about beginning their career training with TSPA.
This position is perfect for someone with a bubbly, high-energy personality who loves connecting with people, building relationships, and inspiring others to pursue a career in the beauty industry.
Key Responsibilities
Student Recruitment & Enrollment
- Respond professionally and promptly to all email and phone inquiries
- Meet with prospective students and their families to conduct career planning sessions and campus tours
- Guide applicants through the enrollment process, including compiling class start and end dates
- Conduct student orientations and ensure completion of all required enrollment paperwork
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date student records in the school’s tracking system
Outreach & Relationship Building
- Coordinate and participate in career fairs, open houses, and on-campus recruitment events
- Conduct visits to local high schools to connect with students and guidance counselors
- Develop and maintain relationships that generate referrals and increase enrollment opportunities
- Attend networking events to promote awareness of programs and strengthen community presence
Admissions Performance & Reporting
- Meet weekly and monthly admissions goals based on established targets
- Submit required weekly reports on lead contact and enrollment activity (per SPEC guidelines)
- Track and record tuition payments in student ledgers
Administrative & Compliance
- Follow all school policies and procedures
- Attend staff meetings and system-wide trainings
- Update catalog, student handbook, and SAP documents as needed
- Compile and manage class start and end date schedules
- Conduct student exit interviews prior to graduation
Work Schedule & Structure
- Reports directly to the Operations Director
- Typically begins as an hourly position, with opportunity to transition to salary based on consistent performance and class fulfillment
- Schedule includes:
- 3 daytime shifts
- 2 evening shifts
- Minimum of 1 Saturday per month

Position Overview
The Esthetics Instructor is responsible for educating and preparing students for successful careers in the esthetics industry through engaging theory instruction and hands-on practical training. This role plays a vital part in student development, professionalism, and readiness for licensure and the workforce.
We are happy to support and assist candidates in obtaining their instructor license, provided they hold an active esthetics license and have a minimum of two (2) years of industry experience.

The Guest Services & SSTA (Student Salon Training Area) Coordinator is the heartbeat of the front desk and guest experience at The Salon Professional Academy. This role blends guest services, student support, and admissions coordination to create an exceptional first impression while helping drive enrollment and student success.
This position is ideal for someone with a bubbly, high-energy personality who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves people, and is passionate about the beauty industry. You’ll be the welcoming face of the academy while also playing a key role in guiding prospective students through their journey into the industry.
Key Responsibilities
Guest Experience & Front Desk Operations
- Create a warm, professional, and high-energy first impression for all guests, students, and visitors
- Manage front desk operations including answering phones, booking appointments, and responding to inquiries
- Ensure the guest experience reflects TSPA’s brand standards and culture
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting front desk and lobby area
- Support daily flow of the student salon training area (SSTA)
Admissions Support & Enrollment
- Respond promptly and professionally to all prospective student inquiries (phone, email, walk-ins)
- Conduct campus tours and assist in career planning conversations
- Support the enrollment process, including paperwork completion and file management
- Help coordinate class start dates, orientations, and onboarding experiences
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the student tracking system
